Keith Haring, enjoying his handiwork on one of his human canvasses

"Drawing is still basically the same as it has been since prehistoric times. It brings together man and the world. It lives through magic."

Keith Haring’s influence is a driving force still evident in today’s pop culture scene. His signature style in portraying significant issues back in the day continues to make his work relevant and all the more appealing to art enthusiasts. A graffiti artist and social activist back in the 80s, Haring’s work included focus on birth, death, sex and war – all still standing issues to this day.

It was all about self-expression and social activism reflected in his bespectacled eyes. All in a day’s work for Keith Haring.
