One of old Hollywood’s hottest hunks, James Dean was most known for his film Rebel Without A Cause. In this shot by photographer Richard C. Miller, he is seen perusing a car magazine while sitting in the make-up chair in his trailer on the set of his last film Giant (1955).
Dean was an auto racing enthusiast and bought a silver Porsche Spyder 550 sports car when it was released. Ultimately, it was his need for speed that led to his demise as it was the same car he was driving when he got into the car crash that killed him.
