Share to us your most memorable experience in the Lomographic Community.
This Community surprises me a lot and with that, I should talk about a lot of friendship between Lomographers.
A special thanks to blueskyandhardrock for the lovely gift “Holga Micro." She shipped this surprise across the ocean which I was very glad to receive. Thank for your lovely friendship from abroad, Michelle. :D
And to one of the most important person to me, my sister ohoska! Thank you very much for lending me the a Diana F+ lens. I made lots of masterpieces with that!
The last memory for me, thank you opon21 a good brother for surprising me with a lovely camera, the “Kodak Ektra 100 and Aquapix." He also gave me a lot of analogue techniques! Lots of love in this Lomo Planet! :D
Have you actually met people in the Community that you now consider as close friends? If yes, name at least one of them.
It’s really hard for me to choose one so I choose them all! opon21,, ohoska, wapclub, 134340, hhjm, dakadev_pui, stecha, jeng, inine, modern_nmt, heart2heart, imgap, sadurtay, somooblacklist, i_am_four-eyes, drpuiful, jackpacker — they give me a lot inspiration and knowledge. I really love them!
But not only in Thailand because there are other talented Lomograhers who I love and want to meet such as atria007, blueskyandhardrock, adi_totp, goonies, lostlittlekid, flashstalker, azotolina, bebopbebop, bloomchen, grazie, vici, sprofishgel, mafiosa, stonerfairy, qrro, kathepalacio, tere, gotoarizona, superkulisap, ripsta, superlighter, zorzyo, upic, palkina, feelux, jetnz81, emkei and japsix. All who I want to make a doubles project with!
Do you think you’ll still be taking Lomographs in the next 5 years? Why?
Sure! I think Lomography is fantastic and it surprises me everytime! There is no right or wrong for there is imagination! it makes me love traveling, the sunshine, and the sky. I am a Lomography addict and if there’s no Lomography, I just do not know how to live my life.
What is your favorite Lomo camera and why? Do you have any memorable experiences while using this camera?
My favorite camera is the LC-A+ and the LC-Wide because I like its features. It has an automatic exposure and an enhanced ISO setting. It can make perfect doubles from my imagination (and my friend’s, too!) Being able to carry it easily is also important. It’s my fantastic camera! :)
Aside from that, it also makes a lot of memories with my girlfriend. I always smile whenever I see her in my Lomographs. Plus I have a lot of memories through doubles projects with friends from around the world.
Please share your most favourite Lomographic photo that you took and explain why.
I’d choose “Supernova.” This photo is my favorite portrait of my girlfriend. This is from my first roll of cross-processed film using my first camera, the Diana Mini. Wow! Such a surprise!
Is there any advice you can give to new analogue shooters?
Just shoot [with all] your heart and you will get the masterpiece that you want. Hope you enjoy! :D
