Perfect Combination: Olympus Mju II and Agfa Films

People always say that Olympus Mju II is good and Agfa films give unexpected effects. But believe it or not, the combination of both Olympus Mju II with Agfa films definitely shows incredible outcomes.

I always believe that only fresh ingredients mixed with good spices made delicious dishes, only kind people dressed with self-confidence looked gorgeous, and therefore, an analogue camera too should be matched with its own suitable films to give awesome pictures.

Here, I would like to recommend one of my favorite analogue camera which is Olympus Mju II. It has a small splash-proof body with fast and sharp prime lens. Besides, it is integrated with auto-flash which lead it to become convenient and user friendly. In short, it has accurate auto-focus function which is suitable for those who like to point and shoot without thinking twice.

The first time I used it, it was loaded with Agfa CT Precisa. I was surprised that this film allowed the pictures to become “greener” and “bluer.” Then, it was the first time I fell in love with its high contrast.

After that, I decided to try this camera with Agfa color negative films instead of slide films, that is, Agfa Vista 100. The ISO value of this film is low, therefore, I can only shoot under the bright sun. Again, I was flattered when I viewed through the pictures. Some of it even can give almost the same effect of slide films.

Without a doubt, now I am confident with the combination of Olympus Mju II and Agfa films. I usually match them together when attending some occasional outing to ensure the quality of the photos.

Anyway, everyone has their own preference; this is mine and what’s yours? Tell me your perfect match of camera and film!

The AgfaPhoto CT Precisa captures your memories with exceptional colour rendition and is ideal for sunny outdoor adventures. When cross-processed, you will see an overall colour-shift as cool blue tones envelop your images. See the whole range of colour slides in our Shop.
