Can you believe it? I received an LC-A+ Russia Day as a gift for Christmas! Oh wait, this not a camera, it's too light--what is it?
Lara, a friend very close to my heart, gave me a handmade gift. She made a box that looked exactly like the box of the LC-A+ Russia Day, only smaller. Shall we see what’s inside?
When I opened the box, the first thing that caught my eyes was the piece of paper with a note saying:
“This box includes the following:
1. Camera (but not a real camera)
2. Red Envelope. This holds important messages
3. My warmest wishes for you and your family this holiday season
And lastly, I added something sweet and edible inside”
The first I opened was the “LCA+ Russia Day” notebook, it was actually a picture book, with our photos inside. How sweet of her to take time and put lots effort in doing it! I feel very happy just looking at it.
Later that day, I opened the letter too, but what was written in the letter is for my eyes only (haha sorry)!
The third item on the box is a chocolate bar. I say she really knew me, as a person that with a sweet tooth! The brand of the chocolate bar is one of my favorites too.
But what really made this gift very special is that this is a something that strikes people through
their hearts. I rarely see people put effort in their gifts, so I would consider this as a treasure that I will surely cherish for a lifetime. Thank you, Lara!
