Lomographer for a Day: Isabel

I, juansupergen, have lent my LC-A+ Russia Day loaded with Lomography Redscale XR 50-200 to my sister-in-law Isabel and turn her into a “Lomographer for a Day”. Look what she’s done!

How long since you had shot an analogue film roll?
Actually I think this was the first time, because when i was a little we had an analogue camera, but I never took photos. I was more into “posing” and I actually started taking pictures in digital format.

How would you describe the experience in five words?
Skepticism, because I didn’t trust this type of cameras and myself. Special, because people freak out when they see you with a Lomo. Exciting, because for me it was something new and unknown. Uncertainty, because I couldn’t see the photos until I had my film developed. Great, when I had seen the results.

Which picture, out of all you took, you like the best, and why?
The replica of the Columbus’ ships in the Port of Palos (Huelva), because it’s like I had imagined.

If you could teleport to any part of the world with this camera and lots of film, which would it be and why?
I’d love to repeat a trip with my best friends when I was fifteen years old to Europe which unfortunately I don’t have any photos. I would take many special photos.

*Would you like to repeat?? or better… *Have you been hooked?
I’d love to repeat especially with one of the instant camera I’ve seen in Lomography so I can see the results in that moment, memories of special moments (patience is not my greatest virtue).

See you soon!
