To my Sweetiepie Mica: Today, we welcome your baby brother Mason to our family, and I know it isn't easy for you adjusting to be a big sister. For the past wonderful 4 years, you have been my world and I hope I was able to give you happiness and fulfillment in this world.
I see you trying your hardest to be a very good big sister. But I hope you will eventually understand why you can’t hug him as tight as I hug you. Or why you can’t sing on the top of your lungs as you would want. Sorry for lashing out on you at times when you get a bit difficult. I hope I wasn’t too hard on you.
In time, Mason will grow bigger and stronger. I know in my heart that the two of you will make a good duo. I hope your mom and I can keep up with you guys. Please guide your brother in his discoveries and please be patient with his shortcomings.
Over time you will get to know many things about me. I hope that many of my qualities make you proud and that you can forgive for me on the occasions where I fall short of your expectations. I know I have a flare for the dramatic with the yelling, eye rolling, and the temper. But I hope you can see past these things and still be my sweet and lovable Mica. I Love You, 3 times a day! :)
