She always takes inspiration from everything she sees down the streets of Bremen, anything from urban art to nightlife spectacles! If ever you saw a girl down the pavement holding a Lomography camera, then she must be urbantristesse, our newcomer this week!

How did you find out about the Community and who/what convinced you to join?
One of my best friends does Lomography as well and I always loved it to share my pictures with her. It is the same about the Community. I simply love to see what other people are doing and how much possibilities and creativity lay inside doing analogue photography/lomography. I found out about the community while surfing through the internet looking for a new camera.
Is there anyone in the Lomographic Society you look up to? If yes, who is him/her and why?
Not really, because in the end we all do the same thing with great and inspiring results.
As you have read the 10 Golden Rules of Lomography, what rule do you apply in your everyday life?
I try to take my camera everywhere I go and when I do so, I don’t think, I just shot.
In this digital age, why still film?
You never know what you get. You have a vague imagination how some photos could look like, but when you open the bag with the prints you are often surprised and have no idea how you made it look like this. This is mainly the reason why going to the photo lab and opening the bag for the first time is one of the greatest things on earth!
Share your current favorite Lomograph (could be yours or a friend’s) and explain why it is your favorite.
My favorite Lomographer is still my friend lackiermichrosa!
Newbie, rookie, neophyte or whatever you call them, our new breed of the ever-growing band of Lomographers are set to conquer the analogue land with their brand new hip-shooting abilities! And this is where we feature them along with their wistful thoughts and the freshest snaps each week!
