The Beginning of Lomo Love

This is how I met , fell in love , and stayed in love with lomography. It's magic that effected me!

I had a friend on Facebook , her name was Ghalas Charara. She always posted the most beautiful pictures, magical inspiring it’s like they were from a different world.

I always had a passion for photography in general (you can see other than my lomographic work on Deviantart) but her pictures were amazing beyond everything I have ever seen.

I sent her a message asking her how she takes them what cameras or lenses or photoshop effects does she use, she answered "It’s a unique camera that goes from way back called Diana and Holga and their brand is Lomography. She attached the link to the website , and I went in it and checked everything. I fell in love even deeper after seeing them. I didn’t know if there was a store that sells those beautiful cameras in Lebanon so i asked my uncle who lives in London if he can get one for me. I chose the Diana F+ camera “Love Is In The Air” Valentine special and I wanted to get as soon as possible.

But then 3 weeks later I was walking around in Beirut and saw those beautiful cameras from the glass window. I went in asked about its price and if they print the pictures etc etc.. I waited 4 months saving money to get it.
The day I went there I was so excited and happy, I’m finally getting my small plastic amazing magical camera. I got the Diana F+ Glow in the Dark, and kept it between my hands all the way back home.

Ever since that day I’m living for it, and sharing it with everyone. It gives me peace and shows the world in the most beautiful way.

The Diana F+ Glow in the Dark captures the same dreamy, lo-fi, medium format images as the original Diana F+. Born to shine, just warm her up under strong lights and watch her glow! See her with the rest of the Diana Clones here!
