My 2012 Analogue Bucket List: Mundify

Last year, I tried creating postcards, doodled, and spoke in seminars about Lomography. This year, I will try to do the things that I should be doing most of the time... organizing.

It’s 2012. Another year but same analogue loving lifestyle.

1. Load unused cameras with films.
A good friend, Renel, let me adopt his camera collection and I have kept most of them inside a box. Some I lend to friends, but majority of them are lonely inside the box. So, this year I shall use them one by one. Maybe, I’ll bring one on a Lomowalk, another on a trip until I’ve tested them all. Probably, I’ll discover another favorite camera of mine this year!

2. Organize and label my negatives and CDs.
I think I have shot more or less 80 rolls of film last year, they keep on piling every other week. It may be tiresome to label all of them, but I should start or else I’ll be labeling 160 rolls next year!

3. Start shooting the rolls for my doubles project.
I have around six rolls of films for doubles from lomographer friends in Singapore, Indonesia, United States and New Zealand; and, five more arriving within two months. I must finish the first batch before they turn a year old!

4. Recycle.
I have already written a tipster about DIY Light Saber last year using film canisters, but I still have more ideas on what to do with these little plastic containers. I have also accumulated plenty of empty film spools, which I will probably turn into keychains. The challenge now for me is what to do with my negative sleeves. My favorite Lab sends me the sleeves if they can’t cut the negatives from horizon and fisheye camera rolls.
