I'm a boy who likes to wear the things I love (such as bands and hobbies) and for me, there's no better way than to put them on my t-shirts. The story begins while I was trying to find my perfect Lomo t-shirt, and it ends with three t-shirt designs for graphic design exercise in class.
I think it’s been years since I started looking for my perfect Lomography shirt (even if I have some Official Lomography T-shirts). I wanted to get something which represents Lomography, Photography, and Design (because I’m graphic design student). I wanted to create something personal, because this is an idea that graphic design students have always in their minds: to create and customize.
Well then, as an exercise for my degree in Graphic Design I decided to create these illustrations. I had long been thinking “Don’t think, just shoot!”, like when you’re always thinking of a song, of a movie, or of a book…I was always thinking along that Lomography Rule.
With all of this, I began mixing my thoughts, some color, and some digital design. I got this: an illustration series that I’ve named as: “Don’t Think, Just Shoot!”
Then, it was time to put those illustrations on my clothes, to wear as a symbol of the analog revolution. So, I’ve created shirts, iPhone cases, stickers for your laptop, shopping bags…everything you can imagine!
So, now, I have my perfect shirt and lots of things!
