2. Why do you still shoot analogue?
Black and white film will always be the most atmospheric, moody and romantic format you can ever hope to capture light with. Plus, my fans on Tumblr just dig it more!

3. What photographic equipment (cameras, films, and accessories) do you usually have in your bag?
Nuttin’ – just a Lomo LC-A+ and that’s it. I take it with me everywhere and never, ever crop, Photoshop or alter my images. The day I don’t take my Lomo with me is the day I miss photographing something epic that one day, long after I am dead, I may have been famous for.

4. Share a trick of yours that will always result to a great photo.
Put my girlfriend, Persia Porzia, in it – she’s the most beautiful creature I’ve ever seen. Other than that, it really is just about capturing the light: don’t think about images, think about lighting. And always try to make people wish they’d seen what was going on just outside the frame.

5. What photographers influence your work?
Francesca Woodman. Lee Miller. My mum. That’s it.
