Takuma – LomoKino

Banana
Who knew there was an art to eating the staple fruit that recurs in films, posters and your table centerpiece fruit bowl?

The key is to not stare intently at the banana while peeling, giving away how eagerly you want the contents inside the browning yellow peel lining your stomach. With grace, make no more than 3 peels to expose the edible banana and nibble away, avoiding scoffing at all costs! Also, the guide in this film does well in conveying his enjoyment of the healthy snack by leisurely taking in his surroundings.

And we can only imagine what he’s referring to by pointing at his head at the end. Could the banana, besides providing protein and other nutrients, have also transferred upon him some profound knowledge?

Cube – LomoKino
While this guide can’t be deemed a ‘cheat’ owing to the fast, choppy, sequence where the viewer may be left more muddled than if they’d attempted the colorful puzzle without a video aid, it’s sure fun to watch. What a clever, enticing, subject!
