She is tall, she is pretty, she looks like a model, she is my sister, Samantha Chan.
I met her 14 years ago, when I was 1. She was a chubby little baby and she had hair like Albert Einstein’s, but now she has grown into a beautiful lass. She is precious because she is the only young woman in our family, meaning my paternal grandmother only has her as a granddaughter.
She is also a vlogger (video blogger), she has a youtube account and she vlogs about all sorts of things. I have made some appearances in her videos. She is not really interested in photography. She is more into acting and singing. What I admire the most about her is that she can play the traditional Malay musical instrument, Saron Barung, which is really cool. She plays in a gamelan group at school.
On her birthday this year which is on 9th of December, I have decided to purchase a Lomography camera as a present for her, but I have not decided what camera to buy (what do you recommend?). I want her to be involved in the Lomography world, too.

I've not used a Lomo LC-A+ yet, but if I was introducing someone younger into the hobby I would start with a 35mm, then let them ease into 120 later when they've practiced. I've had success and so have my kids with a La Sardina, if your budget is tight - great start! Must be one with a flash though, much more flexible. Perhaps a Diana Mini would be good too.
Though, if she is into video, maybe go straight for LomoKino!!!!
