1. Tell us something about yourself.
Never try, never know. I ♥ PHOTOGRAPHY + I ♥ SIMPLICITY + I ♥ HANDMADE + I ♥ COFFEE + I ♥ WINE + I ♥ MAGAZINE + I ♥ MOVIE + I ♥ WHITE SHOE + I ♥ SHARING + I ♥ MODIFIED + I ♥ EXPLORE + I ♥ TRAVEL + I ♥ ANALOGUE + I ♥ FILM.
2. Why do you still shoot analogue?
Was a long story start from sister old Nikon FM2. I like to listen the mechanical sound of shutter & rolling film. I believe analogue making a life for a photography, it making more story in to my journey of life, it making a photography more serious, it making me to look, capture every single moment with heart and thinking as well. It’s “art” not a “commercial” compare that I using digital camera.
3. What photographic equipment (cameras, films, and accessories) do you usually have in your bag?
I only think about enough film for me to reload.
4. Share a trick of yours that will always result to a great photo.
I wish that I can open my 6th sense! Is all about the story that you wish to tell in mind, observe people around you, think and predict, the coming action of people that passing by, making all this in to a still frame, that was a tricky part.
5. Which photographers influence your work?
At the beginning was reading the thinking of a lot of photographer such as Nobuyoshi Araki, Moriyama Daido, Wu Bai….now I looking at everyone stuff, even from beginner, I wish to learn what they thinking, and what is their story, anyone can influence me.
