Why did you choose the prophecy you chose? What does this prophecy mean to you?
Actually I didn’t chose one, I picked the ten prophecies. What I thought was, “why should we choose when we can have them all?”. I think all the 10 prophecies together are stronger than just one. All of them together are a great and powerful philosophy to all lomographers around the world.
Why did you choose to represent it as you did?
As I said before, I chose the ten prophecies because they sound like a powerful “manifesto” to me when they are all together, like a great lomo-philosophy. And I thought they should be compiled somewhere, in something like a bedside book. So I created “The 10 Prophecies Book”, a very analogue handmade manifesto. I also filmed a making-of video while I was making the book, so all lomographers can be there in some way, “we are all making our prophecies”, instead of me alone making my single prophecy.
