A few years ago Kristen was the next person behind me in the LAX American Airlines security line. I didn't know who she was, but 3 or 4 paparazzi were blazing away at her while we waited. She's cuter than she looks on film, and she was super-sweet to everyone around her. Even to the people who asked to take a photo with her and stuff. Interestingly, she used a self-service kiosk to get her boarding pass, and she didn't request to get escorted to the front of the line. I thought that was pretty cool and down-to-earth of her.
