Doubles With You: Homer and Squamy

Double the fun! See what happens when a roll of film takes an Irish Fed 5c journey and then lands in a Sprocket Rocket in the Lake District.

Having never done doubles before I was rather excited when fellow lomo lover homer agreed to take the plunge and start a doubles project with me. Homer chose to shoot a roll of Kodak Supra 400 through his Fed 5c over in Ireland and then posted the roll off to me.

It took me a long time to decide which of my cameras to use but I eventually settled on my Sprocket Rocket. I figured that even if I reeeally messed up then at least, hopefully, the sprockets would be exposed! I loaded up the roll in my Sprocket Rocket, headed off on holiday to the Lake District and shot away with my fingers crossed (quite difficult you know, try it ;) ) in the glourious sushine.

Here are the results! What do you think?

We were pleased with how our first doubles roll came out and I can’t wait to do some more, infact, there are already a few projects in the pipeline.
