A few monthes ago, I was in Bangkok and hang out nearly the whole day at Siam Square. On that day, I collected some really nice portraits and furthermore I became a rockstar!
Siam Square in Bangkok is really a nice place to collect some portraits. There are always some interesting people walking around, whether it be tourists or locals. If you asked them in a friendly way, it shouldn´t be a problem to take a shot or even two.
One important thing is to bring enough water, because after a while it´s getting really hot! In the afternoon, I recognized some hectic movement on the other side of the square and I went over to see what´s going on. There was a film crew and some musicians / actors who were shooting a sequence for a music video. I taked to them and asked them if it would be ok if I shoot some pics an I get the allowance.
After that, they asked me if I can do some “rockstar moves” with the guitar for them and since I am a heavy metal fan since my teenage years, it wasn´t too difficult for me.
After I came back I completely forgot about it but a few days ago, I received a notification from dadadev_pui in which he told me: He is a rock star in Thailand and I think I saw you in this video (1:26) ?
So, I checked out the video and really, they just put me in!
I´m not sure if this is now the begin of my rockstar career in Bangkok or just a funny “Lomostory”….
