I am not someone who fits into your typical stereotype. But, I fell in love all the same... With the amazing Diana.
It was late September, and one of those days where I was sitting around, surfing the web, when I came across Lomography.com. I was hooked! I spent the rest of the day looking through all the beautiful cameras, but I could not take my mind off the Diana F+ CMYK. I added numerous items into the cart. It was exhilarating!
I wanted this to be a long lasting love, not a lustful fling. So, I decided to take a few days to let the feeling sink in, and I found myself helplessly drawn back to My Cart, looking at the beauty over and over. At that point, I knew, I had fallen head over heels for her. I had to get her.
After placing the order, there was a slight light headedness of excitement, and after a moment or two, the nervous anticipation set in. The desire to check the details of the order over and over, is so akin to the pre-first-date nervous wreck.
The next few days was dreadfully slow, while I kept a constant look out for the delivery van. Thankfully, the wait was over in 3 days and my package landed safely in my hands. I could hardly contain my excitement as I carried the box into my room and unpacked everything.
Since then, I’ve had been a few dates with this Princess. She is so much fun, excitement and surprise all in one. If you’re still deciding which camera to start your journey with, I’d recommend a Diana!
