LC-A Big Book Chapter 86: Flash Hot Shoe

With the automatic exposure feature you're always good to go in any light conditions. Nevertheless, the LOMO LC-A+ gives you ever more scope as it's equipped with a flash hotshoe that takes any standard flash.

With the automatic exposure feature you’re always good to go in any light conditions. Nevertheless, the LOMO LC-A+ gives you ever more scope as it’s equipped with a flash hotshoe that takes any standard flash. With the ‘second curtain flash’ feature you simply press the shutter, let all the natural light come in and finally let the flash do its job. Before the flash, move camera to create awesome lightstreaks or hold it still to catch glowing light sources. The flash only fires when either the exposure is complete or you release the shutter – you’ll get a crispy flashed subject against a background full of natural light, glowing colours and luminous streaks. A flash is also handy to have around during the day; when shooting into the sun, use a flash to avoid your subject becoming a silhouette. We strongly recommend that you use the Lomography Colorsplash Flash for the most colourful results you could possibly and impossibly get.
