Fuji Provia (35mm, 100 iso) User-Review

You cannot go wrong with Fuji Provia! I am a lover of redscale film in addition to true blues, but when you want to keep natural skin tones (for the most part) and hope to simply accentuate already-existing colours, this is the film you need. Shooting with my LC-A+, the saturation in the blues and greens were off the wall! Reds in the images tend to dull down, but otherwise they would clash with the cool tones. With my Nikon SLR, the results were less vibrant but still well-received by me. The whites came out creamy and like I said, the blues and greens are emphasized.

I am only disappointed when my images are too contrasty and/or overexposed, but that is the danger of most slide films. Overall, this is my favourite film, but I love cyan so you can understand why this is the case. Give it a try, no matter which side of the colour spectrum you stand.
