Fuji Provia (120, 100 iso) user-review

What a film! Once i had finished scanning, I couldn’t stop smiling, not only had my shots also produced those blues and greens, but the vignettes and contrast that had also been made from pointing my beloved Holga towards the sun made me fall in love with this film!

As i’m still fairly new to analogue, I don’t really know much technical information, but I can tell you that this film is great for sunny days, and makes blue skies bluer than it is.

Anyone who is put off by spending that extra bit of money on film to get a decent one is wrong to do, so as I have found out myself. When I first started shooting analogue, I bought the cheapest film I could find, but you wouldn’t feed your own child junk food all its life, so why do that to your camera?

I chose to try the Provia because of the colours I could see it produced from the shots on the film microsite. the blues and greens were so beautiful,

I went and bought one straight away.
this being the first 120 slide film i had tried, I wanted to see the results as soon as possible.

I hope you enjoy this film as much as I have!

Nice shots! Did you process the film normally? Or did you cross-process it?
