Kodak Portra 160nc (35mm, 160 iso)
written by d_i_d on July 9th, 2008 (2 votes)

The Kodak Portra-Series was introduced in 1998 and was specially designed for low grain results and authentic colours in combination with well-balanced contrast.

NC means “natural colours” which come out with medium contrast and smooth skin tones. All Portra films are based on Kodak’s special T-grain technology, which keeps grain very fine and makes them ideal for scanning. The Portra 160nc is a typical portrait film but also often used in the field of professional product photography.

All Portra films are also available in 400 ISO.
