A very special film designed to give the sharp tones and punchy contrast of classic black and white photography.

This panchromatic film certainly knows how to define the difference between black from the white. True to its given name “retro”, it will sure remind you what is real monochromatic photography is all about. Once loaded on any of your favourite medium format camera, it will not only promise the reputable sharpness and good contrast in your photos but also the pure honesty of what its like to see the life without any distractions and complications from the immediate colours we see with our naked eyes. The result is a world reproduced in your photographs subconsciously stripped off to its bare minimum that allows us to focus on the essentials of the things we thought was mundane until now.

Post modernism seems overrated these days that it somehow inflicted this huge desire for nostalgia on the present young generation. Our predictions of the future being more modern and advanced somehow failed that it gave a certain effect upon us that yearns for the things that is old and make something very new with it altogether. I can say the New Romaticism is here with this ultra-retro film.

And believe me, the Rollei people know a thing or two about this! Load up a roll, and inject a little “Helmut Newton-style” monochrome into your life.
