The incredibly wideangled La Sardina is perfect for urban architecture shots. We yield to this temptation and head for the Southern Hansaviertel, a Berlin quarter which is heavily influenced by Bauhaus architecture.
This model settlement, planned between 1953 and 1955 and built in 1960 during the “Interbau” Exhibition, is situated between the Berlin quarters Tiergarten and Moabit. Numerous architects contributing to the Bauhaus movement have left their marks here, among them is Walter Gropius. Time to grab a La Sardina and to get close!
