Lomography Party for the Raindance Film Festival @ Madd
7th October, Friday from 9pm-12am
Lomography is in collaboration with the 19th Raindance Film Festival 2011 and we’re inviting 100 lucky UK Lomographers to celebrate with us! There will be an exclusive party with complimentary drinks and music courtesy of Raindance and we’ll even supply each guest with a roll of film to document the evening! Bring your cameras down to Madd, 53 Rupert Street, Soho, W1D 7PQ from 9pm-12am!

Lomowalk: Take aim for conkers-off @ Hampstead Heath with the Sprocket Rocket

Every year happy chaps over at Hampstead Heath host the world conker championships where professionals and amateurs can revel in this typically British pastime. Throw in some wellie-wagling and tug-of-war and the day is complete. We’ll get to walk through this lovely park and witness the events armed with the Sprocket Rocket camera – truly a great way to spend an autumn afternoon!

Lomowalk: ‘Chocolate Unwrapped’ Show @ Vinopolis with the LC-Wide

What could be better than chocolate and cameras? Not very much! That’s why 6 lucky participants get to join us on this special walk for the 2011 ‘Chocolate Unwrapped’ showcase presenting the very best of British chocolatiers as well as host chocolate companies from around the world. Highlights include chocolate tastings, experiences and demonstrations, a stunning exhibition of chocolate art and taste test a variety of exciting new flavours, new chocolate, unexpected pairings and classic favourites. Make your drink & drink it too: A cocktail making masterclass with Dre Masso + Live Gig @ The Social
17th October, Monday from 5pm
Learn how to make the perfect cocktail and practice your band photography skills at the same time! With 20 years of experience in the bar industry, the award winning and highly acclaimed bartender, Dre Masso, has set up shop at The Social to run his dream bar for a limited time only. Learn how to mix your own cocktails while capturing it all with crazy light painting, double exposures and flash photography with the Sprocket Rocket camera. Free drink and endless taste-tests included! If that isn’t enough, The Social is offering free tickets for each participant to a live in-house performance. Time to practice those gig shots!
