Flashing Steers In Dallas ended over 3 years ago

Dallas is big in many ways. You have big heart, big buildings, and big fun! Lomography is coming to visit for an evening. We'll be at Pioneer Plaza, the home of more steer sculptures than anywhere else in the world! An evening of film, flashes, and fun!

Have you been waiting to meet Lomography? Are you excited about an analogue adventure in a park filled with sculptures? So are we! Our representative Cam will be in town on Sept 7th to spread the word about Lomography and make friends.

We heard you folks had a park with 40 bronze statues that display a cattle drive. How cool is that. We figured we would invite everyone for a cool meetup but switch things up a bit. Instead of meeting in the TX heat and shooting these bronze bovines in the sun, how about we do a night shoot?

So we’re meeting at 7:30 on the corner of S. Griffin and Young St. We’ll chat and let the sun start setting. Once dusk is in the air we’ll charge our flashes and charge the cattle. So bring your film, cameras, and a few extra batteries for your flash. We’re gonna light up the night and flash some steers!

It is tonight. We had our expire time set incorrectly. We're still meeting at 7:30pm tonight!
