Lomowalk in London: It’s not Rocket Science, is it? ended about 3 years ago

The Sprocket Rocket was invented in our very own little Lomography planet…but how about when the space age itself started? Let's take the rocket home (to the Science Museum)!

June 26th, Sunday from 1pm
Lomowalk: It’s not Rocket Science, is it?

Shoot satellites, space probes and landers at the Science Museum. Our panoramic camera will help you shoot for the stars and capture all the colours in the heart of the galaxy. Let’s take the rocket home.

Tickets are £15 and include: a presentation, lend-a-camera Sprocket Rocket, a roll of film plus discounts on film processing. Please have your oyster/travel card read for a trip to the Science Museum.

Very tempting, but I have questions: does the £15 include entry to the museum? Can 12-year-old kids take part? And lastly, what does "Please have your oyster/travel card read for a trip to the Science Museum" mean? Please answer...

@buckshot The museum is free to get into. "Please have your oyster/travel card read for a trip to the Science Museum" means have enough money for the train fare.

@ashdinosaur: thanks for the info. Definitely coming to this! It's on my son's 12th birthday, so I'm bringing him too... Never too young to get into photography, eh? Last question, though: Is the 1 o'clock start at the science museum or at the Newburgh Street Lomo store? Please advise, thanks.
