From zero to hero: A Beginners course to all things analogue [in photography]
Day 1 / 26th May, Thursday 6pm – Introduction to Lomography
Tackling the basics: What is film? What is Lomography? What are our cameras? Drinks and open discussion.
Day 2 / 29th May, Sunday 1pm – Shooting Session: A LomoWalk through the city
Put into practice the 10 Golden Rules of Lomography with a camera of your choice.
Day 3 / 2nd June, Thursday 6pm – Learning Tips & Tricks of the trade
Delve into the experimental world of film and learn the secrets to creating quirky images. Guest Lomographers will share their personal discoveries with the class.
Day 4 / 4th June, Saturday 1pm – Lomography & Life
A look at how Lomography can be used for Fashion, Architecture, Street, Portraiture and Abstract photography styles. Lecture by Lomography expert Adam Scott.
Graduation Day – 16th June, Thursday 6pm
Chosen photos by each student will be on exhibit. Friends and family of students are invited to witness diploma giving and recognition for completing the course. Congratulations!
A place on the course is £120 and includes:
- 4 complete Lomographic sessions and graduation party

- camera loans, hand-outs, school pack and Lomowall panel
- 6 rolls of film with processing, prints and CD
