NYC Loves Japan ended over 3 years ago

In honor of Japan’s Golden Week, we present 3 special edition cameras – all beautiful, calming and capable of giving you breath-taking photographs.

Please join as we unveil 3 new camera clones! The Diana F+ KIRAMEKI, Diana Mini JIYU & Fisheye No.2 SHIAWASE.

When conceived, these cameras were meant to commemorate Japan’s Golden Week, a time for celebrating Japanese culture and taking a well-earned rest from work. Now, the cameras have taken on a whole new meaning; they have become a way to help a community with a lot of work ahead of them. With the purchase of this camera you contribute to the donation of EUR 20.000 to the Red Cross Relief Japan.

At both our NYC Gallery Stores, we’re celebrating the arrival of these beautiful cameras with Japan themed drinks & snacks. At the Gramercy location this celebration will coincide with the weekly Blue Hour Evert – DJs Belinda Martin & Pierce Gibson will be providing the analog tunes.

See you Thursday!

6-9pm – Thursday, April 14th at both NYC Gallery Stores.

Wait, I'm confused, if you already know how much you guys are donating, then won't a purchase of this camera not affect the donation at all?

@lovesmesumcake Yes, we already made the donation in good faith that the sales of these cameras will help to offset it :)
