It’s been cold and snowy in NYC but that doesn’t stop our analogue cravings! Check out these great Lomographs from our recent workshops.
January 15th: Meet the Lomo LC-A+
The classic Lomography camera is as popular as ever! Participants met up at the Gramercy shop and got an overview of the colorful history of the LC-A. After the historical perspective, our group went out on the streets of NYC and carried on the tradition of fun & creative analogue snapshot photography.
January 16th: Take off with the Sprocket Rocket
It may have been freezing-cold with snow on the ground, but the sun sure was shining! After learning the basics of the Lomography Sprocket Rocket camera, our group headed over to nearby Washington Square Park to take some wide angle panoramas with exposed sprocket holes. Cross-processed multiple exposures look so dramatic and unmistakably analogue with the Sprocket Rocket!
January 22nd: Lomography Spinner 360
We had a nice big group of Lomographers eager to try their hand on the world’s most dizzyingly unique camera – the Lomography Spinner 360. Skyler gave an overview of the camera and showed examples of the many wild ways to use the Spinner. After brushing up on the basics the group went out in search of the perfect 360 degree panorama.
