Lomography and GELATIN SILVER SESSION hosted an opening party to exhibit pictures taken in collaboration between Lomography and GELATIN SILVER SESSION on November 3rd, also known as Culture Day hoping for the continued existence of film itself and culture created from it.
GELATIN SILVER SESSION is a project wishing to preserve techniques, equipment, film, printing paper and gelatin silver photography for generations to come by introducing the fun and excitement of photography. Today, wishes of both Lomography and GELATIN SILVER SESSION to preserve films got together and finally opened a photo exhibition.
I want to express our sincere thanks here in this article to all lomographers and photographers from GELATIN SIVELER SESSION. Thank you!
We had a Lomo Mission named “I LOVE FILM” two monthes before the exhibition, and we announced three winners for this competition tonight! The winners got Lomography films, a bag, and a GELATIN SILVER SESSION’s photo book with autographs of all photographers who participated the opening party!
All these photos will be up in the 2nd review with lots of great lomographs.
If you are in or are planing to visit Tokyo please check this great exhibition. You have a chance to see the competion until November 30th at Lomography Gallery Store Tokyo.
WE LOVE FILM!
