Lomographers in Hong Kong celebrated the 25th Birthday of LC-A!
Happy LC-A Birthday everybody!
Tonight at June 19th, 2009, we also celebrated the 25th Birthday of LC-A at Lomography Gallery Store Hong Kong!
The party started at 7:30pm and the store was already flooded by Lomographers!
The dress code was 80’s and all our staffs put on the most kitschy bright and cool clothes found in their closets!
The store showcased the evolution of LC-A from LC-A+ to the newest Korean No Nuke edition & 25th Anniversary edition and…the gigantic display only LC-A specially made to celebrate the 25th Anniversary!
Highlights of the night include: A Russian musical performance, announcement of the winners of Create Your LC-A Competition, multiple video chat with Lomographers celebrating at Thailand and Shanghai Gallery Stores, multiple TVs installation of several Lomographic video works created by Asian Lomographers from Thailand and Hong Kong, lucky draw, and the final showdown – cutting the LC-A cake!
We had a great night and we hope every Lomographer around the world got a chance to celebrate our most beloved camera at the local Gallery Store!
