The Diana World Tour stop in Madrid was a blast! To the team in Madrid that organized everything this was an event to remember! Hear the stories of two of our members, Tato and Marigel:

What can I tell all of you about Diana World Tour last week in Madrid? We have been working hard so that everything fits perfectly!!! And it worked out!! So many people came to our party exposition…. it was amazing!! Old Lomofriends we had not met since a long time ago, mixed with new Lomofanatics for an awesome event!
It was a great mixture of young and happy guys and girls mixed with big personalities from the Spanish artistic and intellectual scene, like our best Real Madrid football star Butragueño (Buitre), pop singers, street artists, film makers and and and…
The Lomography store was not big enough, so the people stayed on the street having good time and drinking “rioja”, the best Spanish wine ever. The party later on in “Volta Café” finished at 3 in the morning, on a Tuesday!! Everybody had to go to work some hours later! We danced to DJ Nacho and I will never forget the:
- drinking “sangria” in tetra bricks late at night in the bus
- the leafs of the tress sitting in the upper deck of the bus
- and the most beautiful and nicest girls in town!!!
Marigel:
¡VIVA LOMO! ¡VIVA DIANA! Y ¡VIVA MADRID!
During the day tour we meet a couple that just got married. As they were coming out of the Church with all their guests behind there was no photographer taking their pictures! This was our chance! 50 Lomographers shooting like crazy! Can you imagine the joy?
Walking through the old streets Madrid we suddenly heard a loud voice from a window: Carlos, Carlos, come, quick! The Lomographers are coming! Where are our cameras? After some short minutes both of them where shooting from the window with their own Diana cameras! Crazy. I will never forget being ambushed by Lomographers!
