Ever dreamed of being a music video director? Now's your chance to show us what you've got and enter a once in a lifetime opportunity to work with film producers on a real life set! Check out the details below!
Lomography has joined forces with Oscar and Golden Globe nominated film producer Maggie Monteith also CEO of Elensa.com, who is looking for LomoKino music video masters from all over the world to document the shooting of her upcoming film noir “Bone in the Throat” in London!
So, what’s in it for me?
One of our most impressive prizes to date! Win a trip to a live set, document the whole movie making process for a week, and if your material is good enough, get credited and licensed in the movie. Imagine that! Your name on the credits of a major film production!
Sounds awesome, what do I have to do?
Whether you’re creating your masterpiece from scratch, or have the perfect video already in your lomohome, all you have to do is add the link of your short in the comments of this competition. A panel of special judges will select the winner. After that, you’ll be on your way to the adventure of a lifetime!
But wait, what type of LomoKino movie are they looking for?
Here’s the beauty of it! We’re not looking for anything specific, we are just looking for something fantastic! So, whether you have your little sister recreating Beyonce’s Single Ladies or a rendition of Neon’s Everybody Talks, we want to see it! Make sure to select your best video, only one submission per person!
Wait, wait, but what’s this whole London Movie shoot about?
Often foggy and rainy London is the perfect setting for the shooting of a film noir! Support the crew with your analogue music video and get the chance to get credited and licensed in the movie.
Competition details:
- Post the link to your best LomoKino Movie in the comments below
- Only one submission per person
- 2 Grand prize winners will get to go to London and shoot their own music video! Flight and accommodation provided by Elensa.com included !
- All movies should be shot with the LomoKino and be 100% Analogue!
Enter a new analogue dimension with the LomoKino. Lomography’s own 35mm analogue movie camera allows you to capture action and immortalize your story on film! Shoot 144 frames on any 35mm film and create your own cinematic masterpieces. Want to watch your movie the old-school way? We also offer the LomoKino and LomoKinoscope package!
