@kleinerkaries mayeemayee said she wrote to the Virginia team (passing the buck) but I got nothing. I know they call their shops embassies but do they really have to act like a government department? So, I sent a message to the general enquiries on the LSI website. I got an email back. They didn't have the camera I won in stock! I could pick another Sardina though. O.K so now all I had to do was pick it up from the shop. Then came the next hurdle. I had to pay them 5% of the retail cost.
