Yes analogue lovers, this is Lomography’s Special 20th Anniversary Rumble and we’re celebrating in style! What we’re asking from you is to select your favorite Lomographic photos ever. It might not be easy to choose out of the hundreds or thousands you’ve snapped but we really need the best of the best for this special competition (we’ll tell you why in a bit).
You can submit 5 photos in total for this competition. Make sure all the meta-data is complete (so add a title, camera and film tag) and that you also leave a small note in the description telling us why it is your favorite. We want to know the story behind your masterpiece!
Submitting Photos In-Store
If you prefer, you can submit your entry by hand at one of our Lomography Gallery Stores across the world. Just print your beloved photo and present it at the counter. The first five to do so on each day of the rumble will even receive a small gift! How awesome is that? Please make sure to leave your complete details (full name, address, email and phone number) on the reverse side of the photo or we won’t know how or where to contact you!
Very Special Prizes
Everyone who submits a Lomograph to this rumble is a winner. Yes, each user who submits a photo will receive 5 scrumptious piggy points! For this rumble we have gone all-out with the prizing and are offering 100 prize winners 25 Piggy Points each! But that’s not all. We will be selecting the 100 best submissions and compiling a very special Lomography postcard set. Of course, if your shot gets selected for the set, you also receive a postcard set to show off to all your friends!
Rumble Details:
- This rumble starts today 5th of November and runs until the end of the month.
- Submission Limit: 5 photos per user (either online or in-store).
- By submitting a photo to this rumble, you allow Lomography to make free use of it for the purpose of its 20th Anniversary.
- Prizing: 5 Piggy Points for each photo submitted / 25 Piggies for 100 winning entries. Inclusion in a special forthcoming postcard set.
- Piggies for each submission will be distributed once the rumble ends.
- Film/Camera Type: Any analogue photo not digitally enhanced or manipulated.
- Minimum Photo Dimensions: Submissions must be at least 768px in either width or height.
- Meta data must be filled in (camera, film, location & 3 tags) together with a brief reason why you picked the photo.
