Our Amsterdam-archive is growing day by day. But guess what - we need more! Why? Read on and you'll discover it yourself.

You know our Lomography Gallery Stores pop up over the entire world like mushrooms. And guess which one is next? Oh yeah – Amsterdam! It won’t take long anymore until we open our doors. As we speak we are working hard to set up the store in the centre of Amsterdam. And like any other Lomography Gallery Store, this one will also contain a city related LomoWall. It will be the eye-catcher of the place, without a doubt. And you know why? Because of all great lomographs made by you! So this is call to anyone who liked to have their pictures exposed on this exclusive and permanent wall. We need them – now!

Amsterdammers, Students, Tourists and other fellow Dutchies – mobilize! Send us your snapshots that documents the true Amsterdam life, leisure, chaos, bikes, architecture and love – whatever makes Amsterdam just Amsterdam! It’s time to get creative, it’s time to share your lomography archives! This is a great opportunity to really explore amazing Amsterdam as a Lomographer and find out all the picturesque squares, ‘gezellige’ neighborhoods and chill out parks. Capture all this in colorful lomographs and share your evidence with us.

Like any call for submission, we just ask you to keep in mind a few things:
• Sort through your photos and pick the best ones thoroughly and thoughtfully.
• Film/Camera Type: any kind of film / analogue camera can be used but standard 35mm or 120 format are preferred. (nothing should be digitally enhanced or manipulated.)
• Minimum Photo Dimensions: submissions must be at least 1220px in either width or height, larger dimensions are welcome
• Submission limit: 20 pictures
• No visible borders or watermarks, etc.
So have fun and show us some real Amsterdam Lomographic snapshots!

Yay! A new lomo store in one of my favourite cities in the world! I also would love to know when it will be open. Will be visiting in September & got my fingers crossed it will be open then. :)
