If you took part in our Shoot Your Prophecy Rumble, you’ll already know the 10 Prophecies of the Analogue Future and spread the word – Well, now it’s time to express yourself! This time around we’ve upped the prizes so bring your ‘A’ Game. Here’s what we want you to do:
- Design a piece of art with your interpretation of one of the 10 Prophecies – Choose whichever Prophecy you want, and do whatever you want! It can be any medium, from collage to drawing, sculpture to painting, writing to music…Just remember to have your prophecy of choice somewhere on there!
- This time around, we want to stir things up. You can use pictures in your creation, but we are looking for something exceptional and unique. We don’t want just single analogue photos submitted!
- Take a picture of your artwork, submit a design file, send us a video link – Show us what you’ve got!
- Post your shot at http://lomography.com/make-your-prophecy or send your files to prophecies@lomography.com

@lighttomysoul - But, to clarify, even thought the posters don't need to be featured in what you come up with, the text of the prophecy should be - So if your artwork is a visual piece about the prophecy 'Look Twice', we should see the text 'Look Twice' in your piece - If your artwork is a piece of music about 'Leave the digital grind behind', the prophecy text should be included in the lyrics etc. Hope that makes things clearer now :-)

@i8pie2day - Yes, for this rumble any kind of media can be submitted, including digital - But obviously the theme of the competition is about capturing the spirit of analogue so please bear this in mind when submitting - Think of an acoustic song recorded on a digital video - Here, digital is just used as a way of recording an artwork which is essentially analogue - Hope this helps :-)

@guypas: Find any artistic way of representing one of the prophecies (make sure the text is included). Then you can post an image of it or send a file to the email. This means, you can make a song, draw a painting, whatever you want!

@adrienn - yes, we're sorry but we can only award one person the grand prize - so, if you win with a 2 person collaboration then one of you would have to fund yourselves (still, if you half the cost, it would mean a half price around the world trip, so still a pretty great prize :-) )

@itsdebraanne - The posters do not have to be used in this rumble at all - All we are saying is that you must clearly represent one of the prophecies in whatever you come up with - you can submit a photo, piece of music, video, whatever you want - All we are saying we want to see is clear, artistic expressions of the prophecies. @nadinadu - Please read http://creativecommons.org/ for tips on getting rights to use music in your work - If you do use a piece of music from another artist, yes please get the rights to use it before you submit it to us - But we would encourage you not to use another person's work (music, film) in your piece unless you really need to, we really want you to submit something 100% original if you can, and I guess getting the rights to use a piece of music can be quite difficult! Hope this helps :-)

@lday - Yes your submission can feature more than one prophecy, as long as all the prophecies you are drawing attention to are made clear somehow (through the design, song lyrics etc.)
