Lomography has teamed up with the Cold War Kids to bring you one of our most anticipated competitions this year. Show off your Lomography skills and give us something really extraordinary cause we have some great prizes!
Cold War Kids has recently released their newest album, Mine is Yours. Listen to their new album and get inspired, because this album will be your inspiration for your submission! Check out their hit single, Louder than Ever and let their music intoxicate you.
Now, let’s get to business! We want the 10 best analogue shots that represent what Mine is Yours means to you. But there’s a catch! Lomography won’t be the only judge… the Cold War Kids, themselves, will be taking the reins and picking their favorites.
Apart from having the Cold War Kids take a look at your photos, you will have the chance to win:
One Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- 1 Lomography Diana F+ “Take My Heart”
- 1 Lomography Sprocket Rocket
- Cold War Kids Autographed shirt and poster
- Autographed “Mine is Yours” album vinyl and CD
2 Runner up winners, will each receive:
- 1 Lomography Sprocket Rocket
- Cold War Kids poster
- “Mine is Yours” album vinyl and CD
7 Honorable mentions, will each receive:
- Cold War Kids poster
- “Mine is Yours” album vinyl and CD
The deadline is short! The competition closes April 1st, 2011. That means you’ve got less than 3 weeks to get inspired by the Cold War Kids, get shooting and start uploading!
There are a few conditions before submitting your photos:
You can only submit 5 images (so pick your best!)
All photos must be taken with an analogue camera (no Photoshop)!
Remember to submit your photos no later than April 1st!
