Don’t you hate it when things expire? Milk, eggs, yogurt, and bread are not fun when they are expired. Moldy, smelly, disgustingness does not sound too appealing. Expired Film, on the other hand, will only bring you joy and surprise.
The distinctiveness of expired film is its unpredictability. Expect the Unexpected. You can possibly achieve color shifts, graininess, and the vintage look. For this rumble, we want you to take some photos with your most expired film. Take the most unique jaw dropping photos you can and we’ll reward you for it. It’s a new year and we want to see something new and exciting, so bring it.
REMEMBER TO ONLY USE EXPIRED FILM. The top 3 winners will receive 10 piggies added to their LomoHomes. Now get your Expired Film loaded. Camera ready. And Shoot!
• Prize(s): 3 winners of 10 Piggies.
• Film/Camera Type: Any analogue photo not digitally enhanced or manipulated. Please keep in mind of our expired film theme.
• Upload Limit: 3 Photos
• Minimum Photo Dimensions: Submissions must be at least 768px in either width or height.
• Meta data must be completed (camera, film, location & 3 tags)

I recently found an unused old cheap disposable camera in a box from my parents house. I think it is from around '94. It has no expiration date on it. When would film from then likely expire?

I have too many expired film shots to choose from! One of my submissions is from film that expired in 1978! Another is from 1989 (and that one look worse). The last submission is from film that expired in 2000. I love expired film!

One great use for eBay is the amount of people selling exposed films on the cheap, not realising the opportunity they present!

so if they extend a rumble and I've already submitted that means they didn't like my shot? haha
huck
Whoops! Submitted two with expired film and somehow have a completely random one on there with unexpired film, is there a way to remove it?
huck
Oh, scratch that, it was using expired Klik Max, may as well stay in there.

Loving the photos from this rumble, just uploaded my entries from a film that expired in 1966, couldn't believe it worked, especially as it is cross processed as well.
