A small lomographic camera and a good film is just enough to restore colors and get rid of boredom in our city! We strongly encourage everyone to compete in our contest for the biggest LomoWall Poland has seen so far! Let’s show Łódź the world of lomographic images with a huge Lomowall.
As you can see in the Łódz city emblem, its name means boat in English. A good reason to through the picture of Lodz overboard and show a huge and impressing LomoWall! With the cooperation of lomographers from Poland and all over the world we will be able to fill a fascinating labyrinth with over 12.000 lomographs at Manufaktura, – a historical shopping and culture centre. There will surely rest no little doubt in the vistors that the future is analogue!
Actually, this contest will be devided into two parts. You don’t have to, but you can participate in both and therefore have double chances on prizes and having your photos displayed as part of this great artwork.
- We want to see your photos on the topic “boats”. May it be from a romantic gondola ride in Venice, an action canoeing weekend, your sailing holidays or pictures from great harbours! 5 piggy points will wait for each person who makes it to the LomoWall (and these will probably be a lot!).
The photos can be directly uploaded to this post – max. 10; Meta data must be completed (camera, film, location & 3 tags)
- Secondly we are looking for your pictures of Łódz itself! If you have ever every explored this city with your lomographic camera(s), show us the best results! More precisely: send them to Anna Jędrzejak. You do not have a little better chances to have your photos on display, there are some lomographic goodies waiting for you: win a Diana Deluxe Kit, a Diana Mini & Flash Package or a Fisheye Camera.
To both competition the following rules apply:
- Film/Camera Type: Any analogue photo not digitally enhanced or manipulated
- Minimum Photo Dimensions: at least 1063 × 1535 (300dpi)
