Thought we forgot about this little tidbit eh? We want to see the self portraits you've taken during the race!
Like an afternoon cup of tea, the self-portrait has become a ritual of sorts that we’ve grown accustomed to with our Lomographic cameras. So it’s only natural that back when we first started the Great LOMO LC-A Race, we asked each contestant to do two things:
- Take a self portrait of yourself and the camera in a mirror.
- Take a portrait of yourself with the latest edition of a local newspaper.
We haven’t exactly gone into detail what part the self-portrait plays in our little game until now! Upload your best self-portrait and newspaper shots taken while shooting for the LC-A Race and the top 5 self portraits with AND without the newspaper will get some more points to add to their team’s total, as well as an individual 10 Piggy Point bonus! So that’s two chances to win folks! Act fast! Don’t forget to complete the tags and include which team number that you’re part of. Now let’s see those shots!

Mmm... I have one self-portrait, but not in the mirror... Could I still submit it ? But I'm afraid, I'm less pretty than the girl in the example shot...

Was it neccesary to be shot during our stage? That's what I've done but I think I had better self-portraits than those... I hope beauty is not required!

I would say it has to be the self portraits you took during the race since it is a part of the race. I have better ones too, but I don't think that is the point of this particular rumble...

the upload limit is TWO which is awell... a bit less than i expected ;) can't you extend it to, let's say 20??? .) or at least five?

you had to shoot one selfportrait with the camera and one with a local newspaper during your stage when you had the race-camera.... they are talking about these selfportraits...
