What's your location? Submit to the magazine for a chance to earn your seat in a Lomography jury!
A little less than a year ago we put the word out that we are working on a new face of Lomography.com and we are now closer than ever to achieving this goal! A big thank you to our programmers for putting off sleep to get you analogue lovers the proper online home that you deserve!
With our new location online (well it’s not really a new location, we are just using this opportunity for this new rumble) we thought it fitting to host the largest Location rumble the world of Lomography has ever seen!
So as you guys will know, one new benefit of the beta, soon to be alpha (www) page is that you can share your own physical surroundings analogue style by submitting locations. Be it places in your neighborhood, spots that you visited on the other side of the globe or something in-between, we are sure that you guys have some locations that you can submit to us!
This is the deal for this rumble:
- Submit as many locations as possible in the next 2 weeks with “rumble” in the tags.
- Remember to read the guidelines
- The more pictures in each Location the better
- There are 2 winners for this rumble and unlike most other rumbles here on Lomography we are giving the winners a chance to join the jury for one of the upcoming Lomographic projects (its a big project alright, you definitely want to be part of this!)
- You of course get 5 Piggies for submitting a Location on top of the 10 that you can earn for winning the Location of the Week Award.
Don’t forget that you can influence the decision too by voting on your favorite locations!

When I want to submit a location I just get a "# TODO create.html.erb" message... but cool rumble and what a great prize!! I have plenty of new locations to submit!!! :)))))

great! Lucky me that I have just received new pictures and was about to write some new locations anyway this week! So you once said I could also submit locations written in german...can I do this or is it better to write them in english for this rumble?

ok, I was trying to submit, but after trying 2 hours, it still doesn't let me submit it:( I've never submitted location before, I may be doing something wrong? when I click submit button, it just go back to the same page, but it doesn't tell me if I'm doing something wrong...missing info or anything. I noticed it says "add marker" but I can't do anything, also noticed, it says find it on the map, but it doesn't let me. help?

Yeah!!! I just submit 3 new locations and have 2 more to make... and in the following days, if I have the time to scan my last holiday films, some more location stuff will come! :)))

LSI : i tried submitting something but the map thingy did'nt work and when i submitted it ,it did not give me a confirmation it just sent me to a weird screen. How could i know if it went through or not?

I wonder how you know if your submission made it. I added rumble in the tags, but have yet to see any in the submissions page and mine hasn't popped up anywhere. Hope it worked.

Hmm, I sometimes wonder who reads these comments... just got an email from LSI (in reply to my cry for help-email) saying that the Google map box works automatically, and all I have to do is input the right address... well, the map box is still broken.
