Time sure flies by fast since the beautiful, timeless LOMO LC-A camera surfaced over in Russia and changed how the world sees analogue photography today. Along with it are some things that continue to exist because of their very personal, down-to-earth appeal. With this, we welcome you to get your creative groove on and do a mash-up of your favourite LC-A shots with another analogue wonder – postcards!
To further heighten the analogue lifestyle all of us Lomographers embark on, we are launching the LC-A 25th Anniversary Postcard Project – and no, we’re not talking e-cards or electronic versions of that beloved 3.5×5 or 4×6 incher. How are we going about this very special project, you say? With your best LC-A and LC-A+ shots (and your creative output), of course!
1. Browse through your LomoArchive or see the world with your LC-A or LC-A+’s f/2.8 Minitar lensed eye and create physical prints of your shots via your trusty desk printer or film developing print shop.
2. Show your utmost creativity with your postcard – brand it with your personal piece of art by drawing/illustrating it, sticking, cutting it creatively and whatnot – possibilities are endless with analogue! Put on your elaborate messages and innermost thoughts on both the front and back side of your anniversary postcard.
3. Send your LC-A/LC-A+ 25th Anniversary Postcards via snail mail ONLY at this address:

4. No envelopes, please! It is a postcard project, after all :)
A select jury from the LomoStaff selects the most creative, mind blowing postcards from the lot. Winners will get fantastic surprises and will have the opportunity to be displayed on select exhibits in celebration of the LC-A’s 25th Anniversary!
All your fabulous submissions to the anniversary projects, be they pucker photo uploads, peachy postcards or tantalizing tales, will find their way into our special LC-A 25th anniversary touring exhibition which will culminate in a grand slam final event!
