  I've sent my email with the info for the strap...but I'd love to get a copy of the magazine too.
  If I order through amazon I pay more than twice the value of the magazine just for shipping. Ugh.

  i hope all the contributors will get a copy of the zine as well as the strap.

  i checked the amazon site and it looks like they will charge 3,000 yen for shipping any book to the north america, which seems to be a little bit more than enough. if somebody really wants an actual copy, e-mail me and i'll figure out how much it costs to ship it to your location using regular postal service.

  I try to order my copy from amazon.jp but when I saw the shipping cost...more than 30 euro for a magazine that cost 9 euro?!?!!

  this Strap came with the magazine, why they don't let the magazine sticked to the strap? :)

  yup, i don't mind spending some time packing and going to the post office.

  i don't know how much the magazine weighs, but assuming it's about 300g, it would cost 430 yen to europe via surface mail (airmail reaches you quicker but requires additional €1.5). the magazine itself is 1,280 yen and the total is 1,710 yen (which is about €14.50).

  the publisher may send you a magazine and strap, so why don't you wait until you receive the package.

  Pretty nice news and congrats to all the selected ! ;)
  But what truly is not that nice to me (and i'm not the only one reading the comments above mine) is SNAP! should send a free copy to each lomographer who contributed to that issue. That would just be very nice, not to say "normal", just as LSI gives piggies to lomographers whose photos are published in books (etc) in order to thank contributors and hence offer them the book they contribute to...
  So, pleeeease, do send US the contributors a free copy, because that's what would be fair. ;)

  and because we're worth it....aren't we?! ;)

  A strap is nice... But the magazine is the important thing.

  very exciting! i agree with what's been said. and i don't want to seem ungrateful, but it would be nice to have some lomohome awards proof of this win. i think russia mag winners got an award
