Not only does this camera shoot with any 35mm film – but it also has a hot shoe built in so that you can attach a flash. It’s pocket sized – well ok ok almost – lets say it will slide into a bag really easy. It is small compact camera will no frills.
Settings are super easy, with 4 distance settings which you just twist the lens round and following the pictures of classic the Holga icons – there is also a B/N lever so you can keep the aperture open for longer exposures depending on which you select. oh yes ‘B’ being bulb setting.
The camera has a tripod mount and a cable release mount fitted – bonus! with cloudy and sun settings – so enough for you to play with in a range of conditions.
There is a manual film winder on the left … now what else can I tell you. ah yes The vignetting is cool beans – and you wind it on with your thumb via a winding lock type mechanism.
I was super happy with the images I shot and it’s a really great addition to the Holga Family of which I am very fond – however my heart with always belong to the LCA. True love never dies!
