Oh Ye Great Fisheye 2!
written by tiffxi on November 21st, 2008 , 2 comments (3 votes)

170 degrees of pure Lomo, that’s what the Fisheye 2 grants you. Gone are the days when the lomographer is always behind the camera. The crazy-wide lens lets the crazier lomographer hold the camera, take other people’s photos, background with him/her included in a fun photo! Talk about having your cake and eating it too!

Want to conquer underwater? No problem, tuck it in a Fisheye submarine and make like a fish. Or a whale, whatever suits your fancy. It wasn’t named Fish-eye for nothing.

Want to take glorious night night shots? Flick a switch over to B-mode and go paint with lights. The round lens distortion makes for very interesting effects! Or make your own light: just say “Let there be light!”, if that doesn’t work, turn on the built-in flash or attach an external flash and poof!

Create your own reality through multiple exposures! Experiment with all the functions and let your imagination lead the way. The possibilities are endless!

Hotshoe, multiple exposure option, built-in flash and Bulb setting seem too good to be true when combined with the all-powerful Fisheye lens and viewfinder, but load it up with 35mm film and watch the horizon itself bend to your will.
