Along with having a good deal of light while shooting and creating movement in your shots, there are some other things to know about the supersampler. the camera fires off its four lenses at two different speeds, one in about 2 seconds and the other….much much faster. I usually shoot at the slower speed, because often I like to capture my subject moving, and I feel I get the best shots from that setting. Another thing to be aware of is the rip cord used to advance the film. be super gentle with it when possible. I know I would get super excited about capturing a shot with limited time, and I would yank that cord really fast so I could get the next shot even faster. This lead to wear and tear on that cord, and I have since retired that supersampler and bought a new one…because the cord no longer sucked back into the camera like it was supposed to. its a mistake I learned the hard way, but I’mI much more aware it now.
i think this camera is a great addition to any lomo collection. It is by far my favorite camera and I am always pleased with the results :)
